Penquin is a dynamic, growing business with two unique challenges; more staff than space and a need to apply their brand to their environment in a creative and inspirational way.
Our brief was to space plan teams into a better working style to enhance collaboration and communication, accommodate staff expansion for the next two years, and uplift staff and client facing areas by creating fun, energetic areas under the Penquin brand look and feel.
We removed all visible barriers and opened up the open plan space to facilitate better communication and create more usable space. Teams were carefully planned into a project-flow sequence, and client facing areas were treated to a fun facelift, incorporating the new Penquin brand colours and bold, punchy style.
