The requirement was to create spaces that can be shared while maintaining a very definite divide in order to maintain privacy and confidentiality between the two companies. A look and feel to suit both brands required a neutral base that didn’t overly prescribe to one particular identity.

Create a space that can accommodate two companies, independently operating in the same environment. Privacy and confidentiality are key. A clean, professional, up market business look and feel is crucial. The space must allow in natural light, must be contemporary and minimal.

The space planning solution was achieved by creating centrally situated, shared meeting rooms and clearly separate and divided workspaces. Glass allowed the natural light to filter through the space while the clever positioning of walls allows screening off of areas for privacy. A neutral, professional palette of warm greys, white, black and soft blues creates an environment that accommodates both business identities and brands, while offering a fresh and clean feel.
