The challenge for the Tudortech relocation was to fit all their requirements, incorporate a bigger boardroom and include a retail showroom into the same building footprint as their existing offices.
A larger boardroom with “Plug and Play” facilities were required. We also had to incorporate a retail showroom with their Dysan demonstration area. The existing breakaway area was to be recreated, with a table tennis and foosball table, as well as the inclusion of a bar counter.
Corporate identity to be incorporated into the space, which was lacking in their current office space.
By slightly reducing office sizes and including a shared space for the sales and telesales staff and better space utilisation throughout, we were able to achieve all the brief requirements, as well as an increased space for reception with space to display awards and certificates.
A lounge area was also added amongst the offices for ad-hoc meetings for staff members.
The Tudortech CI was incorporated through the use of decorative elements in a screen wall between the reception and the retail showroom, as well as the choice of upholstery, paint colours and carpet inlays.
